OSA 5581C GPS
The OSA 5581C GPS is a GPS-based synchronisation receiver and distributor specially designed to eliminate problems arising from poor synchronization in telecom networks. All critical parts in the OSA 5581C GPS, including the GPS input & holdover unit, can be duplicated to ensure high availability.
The OSA 5581C GPS provides synchronisation distribution and/or re-timing. It can provide up to 64 synchronisation output signals of telecom formats (T1, E1, Composite Clock and/or various frequencies), up to 24 T1/E1 re-timing channels or a combination of outputs and re-timing. When fitted with an NTP module, the 5581C can function as a Stratum 1 NTP server.
